    Clintonville man charged with vehicular homicide in March crash that killed school teacher

    A 35-year-old Clintonville man has been charged with vehicular homicide in the death of a Bexley elementary-school teacher last March.

    Franklin County prosecutors say Eric L. Bowles, of 510 Broadmeadows Blvd., ran a red light on March 15 at Torrence Road and N.
